What twelve months of structured, non-binding feedback circles taught us about improving representative practice.

What surprised us

The most useful comments were rarely about evidence. They were about assumptions the author had stopped noticing they were making.

Rejection is a healthy outcome

Roughly a third of reviewer comments were rejected with reasoning. That is the system working. Review is not a vote, and the reviewee owes reviewers an answer, not obedience.
