One course, KPI Design, on measuring programme results honestly, with more of the track to follow.

What is in the track

One self-paced course to start with, KPI Design, with a one-page reference, a practical exercise and a private assessment. Expect about six and a half hours of work in total, most of it in the activities rather than the reading. No leaderboards, no rankings, no completion competition.
